Most questions about Projects, Rounds, and Sessions are answered in their dedicated setup and operational articles.

Below are only the remaining questions that tend to cut across multiple areas.

Can I duplicate an entire Project?

No. Lookback does not support duplicating entire Projects.

If you want to reuse setup or configuration, duplicate individual Rounds within a Project instead.

Does each Round have its own participant and observer links?

Yes.

Every Round has its own unique Participant Link and Observer Lobby link.

Duplicating a Round creates new links.

Existing links from the original Round are not reused.

Can I run multiple sessions at the same time?

Yes. There is no limit on concurrent sessions.

The only limitation is your session quota based on your subscription plan and the number of moderators available to you.

Concurrency and quotas are separate concepts.

Do unused sessions roll over to the next billing period?

In general no.

Session quotas reset at the start of each billing period. Unused sessions do not roll over.

However, if you have purchased an extra session package during your billing period, this is valid for a year, and may therefore survive between billing period changes, as long as you still have an active subscription.

What happens if I delete something?

  • Deleting a Project deletes all its Rounds and Sessions

  • Deleting a Round deletes all Sessions in that Round

  • Deleting a Session deletes its recording and associated Findings

Deleted content cannot be recovered without manual support, and only within a set time depending on your plan and data retention settings.

Redacted content cannot be recovered under any circumstances. This is by design.
