Choose what you'd like to export
Click the 'Filter' icon on the top right corner of your screen.
Click/toggle the buttons to choose what you'd like to export
Export various formats
Click the 'Export' icon on the top right corner of your screen.
If you want to have the filters applied to your export, toggle the switch to the "On" position (slide to the right and it will turn green)
Choose the relevant file format to start exporting.
A file will be downloaded automatically when the export is ready. If not, you can click the file format button again to manually download.
CSV is the best option if you plan on importing the comments into a spreadsheet, such as Google Docs or Excel. For those on trial plans where exporting is not available, here is a sample of what the output file looks like.
Plain text is nice for human readable locations, such as documents and emails.
Both formats include the timestamps.
