It's not uncommon for organizations to have one person be the admin (Owner as we refer to them) and a different person be the billing contact. The Owner of your Lookback organization can always access or update the billing information including:
In instances where the Owner needs someone else to access or change some of that information on their behalf, they can generate a Temporary Billing Link and send it to the person who needs access or to make changes. These links can be generated from the Billing page in settings, are valid for 24 hours, and can be reset at any time.

π Temporary Billing Links only allow the recipient to access and change billing information, but it does not create a user account for them nor does it give them access to your Lookback sessions or Participant data.
