The owner of a Lookback organization on the Starter, Pro, Freelance, Team, and Insights Hub Plans can change the org's credit / debit card - via the 'Billing' page.
To change your credit / debit card:
Sing into Lookback as the Owner
Click the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the page
Click 'Manage Subscription'
Then click 'Add payment method' and add new card details.
Make sure to check ✅ "use as default payment method"
Then remove the old card on file.
