The owner of a Lookback organization on the Starter, Pro, Freelance, Team, and Insights Hub Plans can change the org's credit / debit card - via the 'Billing' page.

To change your credit / debit card:

  • Sing into Lookback as the Owner

  • Click the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the page

  • Click 'Billing'

  • Click 'Manage Subscription'

  • Then click 'Add payment method' and add new card details.

  • Make sure to check ✅ "use as default payment method"

  • Click 'Add'

  • Then remove the old card on file.
