The Owner of a Lookback Org can cancel subscription if necessary.

If you are interested in canceling your subscription, please do so before your next billing cycle begins, as we do not offer pro-rated refunds on subscription cancellations, as per our refund policy.

To cancel your subscription, organization Owners can:

  • Click the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the page

  • Click 'Billing'

  • Click 'Manage Subscription'

  • Click 'Cancel Plan' and follow the prompts to reconfirm cancelation.

We'd love to understand why you're cancelling so we can improve the product.

Your subscription will remain active and you will retain access to your recordings until the end of the current billing cycle. You can find the end of your current billing cycle on the Billing page.

If you are on a Pro, Team, Insights Hub or Enterprise Plan, feel free to export/download your sessions and notes before the end of your billing cycle.
