Lookback is a subscription-based service (monthly / annual) and will renew automatically at the set interval until canceled.

Customers (Lookback Org owners ) must cancel their subscription prior to the end of their billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

Your billing cycle date can be found by going to the menu at the top right and clicking on Billing

Unfortunately, we will not provide a refund if you forget to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle.
