When you export a combined video from Lookback you should be able to hear sound on the recording.  If you can't it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • On certain media players you will hear no sound.  Please try opening the video with Quicktime or VLC (http://www.videolan.org/) and see if you can then hear the sound
  • If you are downloading the screen recording you will find it won't always have sound attached to it.  Often the sound is attached to the camera file.  If you need to get a combined export with screen, camera and audio, the easiest way is to purchase the Pro plan as this gives you that option.  Otherwise you will need to merge the files yourself using a video editor on your computer.
