I can't hear sound on my exported video

When you export a recording and play it on some media players there is no sound

When you download a session/recording from Lookback, you should be able to hear sound on the recording.

โ— At this time, it is not possible to capture device audio in a recording; only the participant's microphone will be recorded

If you can't hear sound in the recording, it could be because of the media player you are using.

Please try opening the video with Quicktime or VLC (http://www.videolan.org/) and check if you can hear the sound. If you still have issues, please reach out to our support team using the chat icon (lower right) or by emailing support@lookback.io.
