Is the Observer role critical to the way your team does research?

If YES, you want members of your team or research stakeholders to have observe only access, then Enterprise can be a good match ✅

If NO, everyone can have Collaborator access, including the ability to create projects and more, we might recommend one of our self-serve plans available here.


Our available Enterprise plans:

  • $13,000 USD annually for Enterprise Lite for 5 Collaborators, unlimited research, and unlimited Observers
  • $40,000 USD annually for Enterprise* for 15 Collaborators, unlimited research, and unlimited Observers. *We are currently only accepting a limited number of Enterprise customers

The Observer role is an enterprise-only role that is unavailable in the Team or Insights Hub plan.

Key differences between the Enterprise plans are mainly around support level and the extent to which we can consider custom legal and security requests, including changes to our services agreement. Please refer to Legal and Security below.

Legal

  • On Enterprise Lite we do not accept redlines or revisions to our service agreement and cannot engage in any negotiations.
  • On Enterprise we may consider minimal changes to our service agreement changes, at our discretion. However we have some non-negotiable clauses around Term and Termination.

Security

  • On Enterprise Lite we can quickly onboard customers by providing documentation to help your company self assess whether our security practices meet your standards. We cannot fill out security reviews, forms, questionnaires or assessments.
  • On Enterprise we can assist with security assessments at our discretion.
