Lookback is an annual subscription-based service and and renews automatically each year until canceled.
Customers (Lookback Org owners) on a self-serve plan (Freelance, Team or Insights Hub) must cancel their subscription before the end of their current billing cycle to avoid being charged again.
Your billing cycle date can be found by going to the menu at the top right and clicking on Billing
Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel your subscription, we’re unable to issue a refund for the renewal.
