Whether you test with your own users or recruit through a 3rd party, we'll walk you through how it works.

Using your own panel of participants

For remote sessions:

  1. Create a new project

  2. Copy the "Participate link" URL

  3. Send the URL to your Participants via email, text message, or a popup on your site. We've created a number of email templates you can leverage and customize.

  4. Wait for them to join your Remote LiveShare and begin your session, or watch their unmoderated sessions roll in. All sessions will appear in your project, alongside the Participant name. Participants can also be found under the "Participants" tab in the left-hand sidebar.

NOTE: If you prefer anonymity, instruct Participants to enter name as P1, P2,... and their email can simply be email@email.com

    For in-person sessions:
    1. Start a new In-Person LiveShare (in-lab) session
    2. Hand over the device to the participant. Done.
