Lookback is using a couple of services to deliver the Lookback experience to you. These are the processors and sub-processors that process PII/Personal Data.
Regarding Type of Data, "User data" means data about a person who has an account with Lookback, and "Participant data" means data about a person who participates in a research session with Lookback.

* "user data" refers to data about the colleagues, fellow researchers and stakeholders who take part in your research, i.e. a person that has an individual Lookback user account.
** "participant data" refers to data (name, email, device info) about a person who participates in a research session, testing your products or services.
