Choose what you'd like to export

  2. Click/toggle the buttons to choose what you'd like to export

    1. Feed Filters - these allow you to select which item(s) from the feed you want to include in your export:

    2. User Filters - these allow you to filter any chats or notes from specific users:

Export various formats

  1. Click the 'Export' icon on the top right corner of your screen.

  2. If you want to have the filters applied to your export, toggle the Apply filters switch to the "On" position (slide to the right and it will turn green)

  3. Choose the relevant file format to start exporting

    1. CSV is the best option if you plan on importing the comments into a spreadsheet, such as Google Sheets or Excel. For those on trial plans where exporting is not available, here is a sample of what the output file looks like. πŸš€ Tip: if you open the CSV in a spreadsheet tool, you can delete any columns you don't want to make your output cleaner.

    2. Plain text is nice for human readable locations, such as documents and emails.

      Both formats include the timestamps.

  4. A file will be downloaded automatically when the export is ready. If not, you can click the file format button again to manually download.
