Lookback uses Stakeholder Goals to help suggest relevant Findings during research sessions.

This helps connect observed behavior and statements to the intent behind the research.

How AI uses Goals

  • Researchers define or review Stakeholder Goals

  • During live sessions, AI observes what happens

  • When something appears relevant to a Goal, a suggested Finding is created

Each suggestion is:

  • Timestamped

  • Linked to the session recording

  • Associated with one or more Goals

Researcher control

AI-suggested Findings are not final.

Researchers can:

  • Edit the wording

  • Change or remove Goal links

  • Discard suggestions entirely

AI assists with surfacing possibilities - researchers decide what becomes evidence.
