Recordings capture the raw data from research sessions.

A recording may include:

  • Participant video and audio

  • Screen recording

  • Moderator audio (for moderated sessions)

Where Recordings come from

  • Moderated sessions

  • Unmoderated sessions

  • Stakeholder Interviews

All sessions stream live immediately and are saved as recordings when completed.

What Recordings enable

  • Playback and review

  • Transcription

  • Creation of Findings and clips

  • Redaction (if needed)

Recordings are the foundation for all evidence and analysis in Lookback.
