Click the Menu Icon ( ⋮ ) at the top right > Help > About Google Chrome

If there is an update, Chrome should start updating by itself.

Once the update has downloaded, click the RELAUNCH button

You can double check version after Chrome has relaunched. If you're using the most recent version, it will say Google Chrome is up to date
