How Collaborator licenses work

As a Starter, Pro, or Enterprise Plan customer, your plan is based on the number of Collaborators you license. The license number is the upper limit for the number of Collaborators (including the Owner) that are allowed to join the organization.

Remember the Owner is also considered a Collaborator.

In order to add Collaborators to your organization, or promote Observers to Collaborators, you'll need to make sure you have available licenses.

Observers do not require individual licenses for Starter, Pro, or Enterprise Plans. Only the Owner and Collaborators in your organization require licenses, on those plans.

Confused about Collaborators, Observers and Owners? Read about them here.

Adding Collaborator licenses

On the Starter and Pro Plan

The Starter and Pro plans are legacy plans that we no longer offer for new customers. If you are on one of these legacy plans, you will not be able to add or remove any collaborator licenses. Instead, you may want to explore one of our newer session-based plans.

On the Enterprise Plan

To add more Collaborator licenses on your Enterprise Plan, just reach out to your Customer Success contact or email enterprise@lookback.io.
