So you've been sent an invite to join an organization in Lookback by someone, but no matter what you try, you just can't seem to get it to work.

Usually this scenario happens when an invite is sent first but a user account is created independently (i.e. not using the invite to create your account)

To resolve this, please take the following steps:

  1. Ask the person who sent you the invite to cancel your pending invite. This can be found in the Members section of your Lookback organization's settings.

  2. Ask them to send you a new invite

  3. When you click on the new invite, do not try to create a new account. Instead, choose the option to log in with an existing account

This should then tie your existing user account to your company's organization.
