Please note: Even though a phone may be running a supported version of Android OS, unlike iOS and iPhones, Android OS can be run on many different 3rd party devices (thousands as of the writing of this help article) from numerous manufacturers. In addition, Android allows for far more customization to the OS both from those manufacturers and individual users. In short, all of this means that 2 different devices from 2 different manufacturers in the hands of 2 different users may run quite differently, even if they are both running the same version of Android OS. Therefore, if possible, we highly recommend doing some testing with the participant prior to running a live session. If you are on a session-based plan (Freelance, Team, or Insights Hub), you can test using our Preview Links & Sessions feature to avoid using up any of your sessions.
