You may experience problems connecting your camera or microphone when participating in, moderating or observing a Live or In-Person session in Chrome.
If you do experience difficulties, please quit out of Chrome completely (all tabs), reopen it, and restart your session.
If that doesn't work, click on "Secure" to the left side of the URL and try disabling and re-enabling your Camera or Microphone permissions (screenshotted below).
If you aren't able to change your settings this way, this article explains how you can re-enable permission.
If that doesn't work, the issue may be an issue with your operating system and you should try rebooting your machine and trying again.
Finally, if all else fails, please contact us and provide screenshots of the error you're seeing.
