About the next beta

Lookback 1.9.0 introduces the LookbackParticipate API, which allows any iOS app to be launched with a research URL, whereafter your users are guided through a friendly research flow to do remote self testing, lab testing, or remote live face-to-face testing (upcoming).

Using CocoaPods

This version is not available through CocoaPods. Please follow the manual installation instructions (or cheat by replacing Lookback.framework in your Pods/Lookback/directory).

What to test

This release introduces the Participate features to regular iOS apps.

Instructions on how to integrate the Participate feature into your app are available in the LookbackParticipate.h header file documentation.

However, the web UI for creating Participate links for iOS apps is not available to the public yet. To get access to the web site, please ping us on support.
