During periods you are not a paid subscriber or your trial period has ended, we keep your recordings safe and saved. However, you won’t be able to access your sessions from the dashboard without a valid subscription.
After your subscription has been canceled, we store your sessions for 90 days if you have been on a paid plan and 30 days if you have been on a trial plan. After that, the sessions will be deleted. If you resubscribe to any of the plans listed above before the sessions are deleted you will regain access.
If you have been on a paid plan you can also sign up for an archive plan to keep your sessions (please contact support for more information).
