The Owner of the Lookback organisation is the only one authorized to update the credit card information on our self-serve plans. They can, however, designate someone else to make changes by generating and sending a Temporary Billing Link to someone else who might manage the finances.
π It is not currently possible to edit the existing credit /debit card details on file, even if you just need to update the expiration date. Instead, you'll need to add a new card to your account. Then, you can delete the old card.
To add a new credit / debit card as your new default method of payment
Click on the menu at the top, right corner of the page and click Billing
Scroll down a bit and click the Manage Subscription button
Click + Add payment method
Enter the new credit card details
Make sure Use as default payment method is checked
Click Add
To remove the old credit / debit card
Click on the menu (3 dots) next to the old card (it should not say Default next to it)
Click Delete
In the confirmation window, click Delete payment method
