Depending on the nature of your test and your company's privacy and security policies, there may be times you need to have your participants sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before participating in the test.
Option 1: Include it in the invitation email
If your process requires that the participant accept terms or NDA before the test starts, we recommend adding your NDA to the set of instructions that you email to your participant, along with the Participant Link for them to join the session.
Option 2: Add it to the Welcome Message
The Welcome Message is the first thing your participants will see when they click on the Participant Link. You can refer to the NDA in this portion of the test setup and even link to it. You can use Markdown to add links to the Welcome Message field.
Option 3: Add it as a Link
If you want to capture a recording of them reviewing and signing/agreeing to the NDA, you can add the link to your NDA as the Landing Page link for LiveShare and SelfTest rounds or the Auto-open URL for the Scenario or a Task in a Tasks round. This way they'll start on that page and have to sign in order to continue.
