Lookback

This article answers common environmental, social and governance (ESG) questions from procurement teams about Lookback Group, Inc., which provides a hosted user research platform.

Lookback is fully remote. We have no offices, data centers or physical products.

The Lookback platform runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU (Ireland) region. We run no servers of our own. AWS publishes its energy and emissions data in its <a href="https://sustainability.aboutamazon.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">sustainability reporting</a>.

Our Code of Conduct applies to all full-time, part-time and contract staff at every level, and the CEO is responsible for enforcing it. It covers:

Equal treatment regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, age, religion, nationality or similar characteristics.

A ban on harassment, bullying, threats, discriminatory language and unwelcome sexual attention.

Reporting of concerns to company leadership, including through an anonymous whistleblowing channel.

Protection from retaliation for anyone who reports a concern or takes part in an investigation.

Disciplinary action, up to and including termination, for violations.
