Owners, Admins, and Collaborators can export a complete list of all members in their Lookback organization as a CSV file. The export includes each member's name, email address, role, and last login date.
This can be useful for auditing who has access to your organization or reviewing inactive accounts. If your IT or security team needs ongoing visibility into your organization's membership, consider inviting them as Admins with the appropriate privileges β see Admins in "The various roles in Lookback" for more.
To export your member list:
Click the dropdown menu beside your name at the top right corner of your dashboard
Click Members
Scroll to the bottom of the Members page
Click Export members
A CSV file will download to your computer containing all organization members and their details.
